Trevor Manthey
Lead Faculty & Senior Training Consultant — Joyfields Institute

Trevor Manthey is the lead faculty member and principal trainer at Joyfields Institute, where he has worked with public and private agencies across all 50 U.S. states and more than 15 countries. He brings over two decades of experience in evidence-based practice training, organisational capacity building, and human services consulting.

Trevor specialises in Motivational Interviewing, evidence-based case management, trauma-informed care, and organisational leadership development. He leads Joyfields’ flagship training programmes, including the 3-step MI Skills Pathway, the CM Pathways 3-pillar system, and the Evidence-Based Leadership Masterclass.

He is a registered Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) member and holds deep expertise in embedding evidence-based frameworks as permanent institutional systems — not one-off events.
