Effective case management is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, and advocacy for options and services to meet client’s individual needs.  

As a specialty area in human services, case management promotes quality and effective interventions, linking individuals to appropriate providers and resources. So how do you insure you are managing your cases effectively and producing the desired outcomes?

The participants will learn how effective case management can be implemented across various settings.  In addition they will;
